Natalie Brand, LMHC

Natalie holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. She has gained valuable experience across a wide-range of settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, and community-based agencies.

Natalie believes that every individual deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space to be authentically themselves. She is passionate about fostering a calm and welcoming environment where clients feel supported as they explore underlying issues, develop emotional awareness, and discover practical tools tailored to their unique needs.

Natalie draws from a wide-rage of evidenced based therpaists, including:
