Kailey Noonan

Administrative Assistant

Kailey earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University. Following graduation, she spent a year gaining hands-on experience in the healthcare field while also earning her Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification. Kailey is dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for both patients and staff.

Her diverse background spans several areas of healthcare, including emergency medicine, physical rehabilitation and neurosurgery. Her experience as a neurosurgical assistant provided her with valuable insight into acute care, and she is now eager to expand her knowledge and skills in the field of mental health. Kailey is excited to be part of the team at Reimagine Freedom, where she hopes she can make a meaningful impact.

Natalie Brand

Natalie holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. She has gained valuable experience across a wide range of clinical settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, and community-based agencies.

Natalie believes that every individual deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can be authentically themselves. She is passionate about fostering a calm and welcoming environment in which clients feel supported as they explore underlying concerns, develop emotional awareness, and discover practical tools tailored to their unique needs.

Her therapeutic approach draws from a wide range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Holistic Therapy. Natalie tailors her work to each client, with a focus on emotional growth, resilience, and overall well-being.Natalie is also certified in the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), a gentle, music-based intervention designed to support nervous system regulation. This approach can be particularly beneficial for individuals impacted by trauma, anxiety, or sensory sensitivities.

She enjoys working with children who are learning to identify and express their emotions, teens navigating identity development, relationships, anxiety, or academic stress, young adults exploring self-discovery and life transitions, and families seeking to strengthen connection, communication, and emotional safety.

She is skilled at recognizing the unique stressors that arise during change and the effects these can have on self-confidence and well-being. With a deep understanding of work-life balance, Mary provides a compassionate, unbiased space for individuals to navigate their journey and rediscover belonging.Specializing in EMDR, Mary helps clients address stress, adjustment, career challenges, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Her collaborative approach is tailored to each person’s needs, supporting growth, healing, and resilience.
