Alyssa Spencer
MSW, Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, APTT- Candidate
Alyssa Spencer is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern. She earned her Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Central Florida. Alyssa is an Associate Partner Trauma Therapist Candidate and specializes in partner betrayal trauma. Alyssa has experience working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, and substance use recovery. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with an emphasis on emotional regulation, self-awareness, and sustainable personal growth. She believes healing happens best in a space where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered to tell their story honestly.
With experience in behavioral health and recovery-focused settings, Alyssa brings a trauma-informed lens to her work and understands the complexity of change. She integrates practical coping tools with deeper reflective work, supporting clients as they build insight, resilience, and a stronger connection to themselves.
Alyssa is passionate about helping individuals reimagine their lives beyond survival mode and move toward greater freedom, balance, and purpose. She is committed to walking alongside clients as they define what healing and growth look like for them.
Kailey Noonan
Administrative Assistant
Kailey earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University. Following graduation, she spent a year gaining hands-on experience in the healthcare field while also earning her Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification. Kailey is dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for both patients and staff.
Her diverse background spans several areas of healthcare, including emergency medicine, physical rehabilitation and neurosurgery. Her experience as a neurosurgical assistant provided her with valuable insight into acute care, and she is now eager to expand her knowledge and skills in the field of mental health. Kailey is excited to be part of the team at Reimagine Freedom, where she hopes she can make a meaningful impact.
